Qualifications

About this Role

As a Senior Investment Manager in the AgriFood division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and enabling innovative solutions to sustainability challenges within the agricultural and food technology sector. The position requires leading deal teams through the exploration of investment opportunities and the execution of complex transactions, while simultaneously managing the organization’s investment portfolio and working toward successful exits. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of investment management, from initial market analysis through post-investment portfolio management. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, academic institutions, and strategic partners. This role offers significant autonomy in directing investment processes from inception through completion, requiring expertise in financial analysis, transaction structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management across multiple parties with sometimes competing interests. The position requires someone who combines technical investment expertise with strategic vision and market insight. Benefits
  • Salary range between €6,200 to €9,600 per month based on 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 40 hours per week
