Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior coordination or leadership role in logistics or warehousing.
• Experience guiding teams and improving processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team of 7-8 direct reports.
• Drive performance through coaching, clear communication and structured processes.
• Own daily operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accurate work instructions and drive continuous improvement.
