Job summary
Solera Corporation in the Netherlands seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Professional Services team, delivering Insurance Premium Calculation software products and supporting multiple projects.
You'll analyze requirements from insurers for Premium Calculation Engines and related platforms, validating pricing frameworks and documenting specifications. Collaborate with customers and developers to ensure accurate implementations, maintain test sets, and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in insurance.
- Strong understanding of Dutch insurance operations: underwriting, policy admin, pricing logic.
- Knowledge of industry standards: AFD, XSD, SUIV; familiarity with VPI applications is a plus.
- Analytical thinking with ability to translate complex requirements into clear specs.
- Effective written and verbal communication, proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements from insurers for Premium Calculation Engines and related software.
- Collaborate with customers to validate pricing frameworks and document implementations.
- Design and use test sets to validate software development for accuracy.
