Job summary

Aldebaran Group is seeking an Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the construction of instrumentation and automation scopes in the Netherlands. The role requires 10 years of site experience in instrumentation/systems and strong English fluency for cross-cultural coordination.

You will ensure schedule adherence, safety compliance and lead a team on HV/MV equipment tasks, risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP) and quality control during construction through handover.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience on construction sites in instrumentation/systems
• Fluent English required for interactions with non-French speakers
• Experience in industrial project construction in France or abroad

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of instrumentation scope from site to handover
• Ensure schedule compliance and safety regulations
• Monitor subcontractor progress and manage co-activities
• Quality control and progress monitoring on instrumentation/automation works
