Job summary

Aldebaran Group seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical construction scopes on Europe’s largest green hydrogen project. The role requires leading site execution, deadline management, and coordinating the workforce within your scope.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electrical/Control Systems and at least 10 years of experience in industrial construction. HV/EHV experience is a plus, with strong safety governance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Electrical or Control Systems.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on industrial construction projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of electrical scopes.
• Validation of estimates and cost calculations.
