Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Senior Category Manager in the Netherlands to own the indirect procurement category and drive governance-aligned supplier strategies. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and Risk to ensure value, compliance, and strong cost control across the business.

You will lead tender processes, negotiate terms, and guide improvements while balancing supplier capabilities with Ayvens’ strategic goals.

Qualifications

• HBO-level degree with procurement training (e.g., Nevi 1).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with clear written and spoken proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft and issue tenders aligned with governance and Ayvens needs.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Facilities, Marketing, Risk & Compliance for alignment at senior management level.
• Lead implementation and improvement initiatives and projects.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract terms within Ayvens governance framework.
