Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a Lead Buyer General Services to own end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories at its Headquarters. You will lead supplier relationships, contract lifecycles, and cross-group procurement initiatives with SHV alignment.

Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical decision-making are essential. The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on supplier management, delivering value, cost control, and compliant procurement practices within a global, matrix-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree orBachelor’s with extensive relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of indirect procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Experience leading complex sourcing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of indirect spend categories such as professional services, mobility, travel, and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing for key indirect spend categories with a focus on professional services, mobility, travel, facility services, and temporary labor.
• Drive supplier performance, contracts, and lifecycle management across Nutreco and SHV initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders at HQ and Partner with Global SHV procurement teams on cross-group initiatives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies delivering value and supply continuity.
