Job summary

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and fish feed, seeks a Lead Buyer General Services to own and execute end-to-end sourcing for key indirect spend areas. You will manage categories such as professional services, mobility, travel, facility services and temporary labor, driving competitive contracts, supplier performance and governance across Nutreco and SHV groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or contract- and supplier management.
• Proven experience in managing complex sourcing projects and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing activities for key indirect spend categories (Professional Services, Mobility, Travel, Facility Services, Temporary Labor).
• Ensure competitive sourcing outcomes, successful implementation of contracts and effective supplier management.
• Collaborate with global SHV procurement and business stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives with business needs.
• Drive value, supply continuity, compliance, innovation and continuous improvement across categories.
