Job summary

Jobtailor in Den Haag, Netherlands, seeks a verification and validation engineer to join the Chief Quality Office. You will plan, execute and report on multiple projects within a multinational assurance team, coordinating with external contractors as needed.

Role requires NATO SECRET clearance and 3+ years in testing across functional, non-functional, and interoperability areas, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Must have NATO SECRET clearance.
• 3+ years of experience planning and executing test, verification and validation activities in large, complex projects.
• Experience with functional, non-functional and interoperability testing of systems and products.
• Proven experience managing external stakeholders and co-workers during large projects.
• Ability to understand hardware and software system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and conduct formal reviews and assessments.
• Evaluate compliance with organizational standards and determine underlying causes for non-compliance.
• Produce test documentation (Test Plans, Test cases, RTM, test reports).
• Provide assurance to test artefacts such as RTM.
• Manage design, planning and execution of V&V events and reporting.
• Support projects where execution is performed by external contractors.
• Support operational communities in acceptance activities.
