Job summary

Forexx Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Manager ILS Proposals to lead and develop the ILS team within the Proposals department, ensuring timely, high-quality tender packages for naval vessel programs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, R&D and Purchasing, optimise the proposal process, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

The offer includes a competitive salary between €4,500-€6,900 and 8% holiday pay, 27 holidays plus 13 ADV

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline with at least seven years of relevant experience in ILS and proposal management.
• Strong background in developing proposals for complex projects.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the ILS team, ensuring optimal performance and continuous development.
• Plan and allocate resources, tools, and knowledge to enhance team professionalism.
• Oversee the development of high-quality proposal packages, delivered on time and within budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless proposal development.
• Provide expert ILS support and guidance to tender teams during proposal preparation.
• Review and validate ILS-related proposal content, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
• Act as a key representative in customer and industry engagements.
• Continuously improve departmental knowledge retention and transfer processes.
