As part of our growing business, we are looking for an ILS Project Manager to join our team and support ongoing projects in Hengelo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategy, ensuring all supportability requirements are identified and delivered.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and customer teams to integrate support needs into system design and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee supportability analyses and ensure creation of technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and training materials.
• Plan and manage spare parts, support equipment, and maintenance resources to meet availability and reliability targets.
• Monitor compliance with applicable ILS standards and control lifecycle cost to ensure efficient, sustainable system support.

Your Profile

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in System Engineering, Engineering Management or a relevant field.
• Fluent in English AND Dutch.
• Experience in systems engineering, logistics, maintenance engineering, or project management within aerospace, defense, transportation, or other complex technical industries.
• Strong understanding of supportability engineering, including reliability, maintainability, LSA, FMECA, and lifecycle costing.
