Job summary

The Vincent Hotel Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager to own the HR agenda across 11 hotels in the Netherlands. This senior, hands-on role blends strategic thinking with operational execution to strengthen our people strategy, culture, and engagement, reporting to the Operations Director.

You will partner with General Managers and senior leaders, oversee payroll and core HR processes, lead a small HR team, ensure Dutch labour-law compliance, and drive talent initiatives

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Must have a valid Dutch passport, visa, and/or work permit.
• Able to operate at both strategic and operational level.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for people, culture and development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to General Managers and senior leadership teams.
• Drive culture, engagement, and leadership development across all hotels.
• Take ownership of the full HR spectrum, from administration, payroll, operations to strategy.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable HR solutions.
• Strengthen our culture and quality across the hotel portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers on people-related topics; coach leaders on performance and development.
• Oversee core HR processes including payroll; lead HR team of three and an intern.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and internal policies.
• Lead HR projects across the portfolio and identify process improvements.
• Advise on workforce planning, scheduling, and cost efficiency.
