Qualifications

• Experience in HRBP role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR practices.
• Valid Dutch passport, visa, and/or work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to General Managers.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement.
• Lead and implement HR projects across the portfolio.

Skills

5–8 years of experience in HR

Fluency in English

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
