Yardi is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support Europe operations, including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Poland, serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.

The role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, policy reviews, and benefits, with Amsterdam office presence 2–3 days per week and occasional travel within Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of HR experience in medium to large organizations.
• Experience in Netherlands and UK HR practices; EU experience a plus.
• Willingness to work in Amsterdam 2–3 days/week and travel within Europe.

Position Summary

The Senior HR Generalist is a dynamic, cross-regional role that supports key HR processes and strategic initiatives across Europe—including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Poland. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting leaders in building high-performing teams and managing employee relations issues

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support across core functions: employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, policy reviews, and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with Office Managers on site and payroll colleagues to ensure smooth HR and Benefits administration
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases, including investigations, performance issues, and terminations, while proactively mitigating risks.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance employee engagement, alignment, and inclusion across the region.

Required experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years of human resources experience preferably at a medium to large-sized company
• Strong working experience with HR practices in Netherlands and UK; other European countries such as France, Germany and Poland would be a plus.
• You are expected to work in the Amsterdam office at least 2-3 days a week, and there will be occasional business travel within Europe.
