Job summary

Ruby Hotels is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to ensure reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems across our Amsterdam properties. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and coordinated service-provider work to keep facilities safe and comfortable for guests.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing or electrical work.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage external service providers efficiently while staying on top of things.
• Hands-on and versatile with painting, electrical or plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and systems.
• Monitor technical systems to ensure smooth operation and safety.
• Coordinate external service providers and manage scheduling.
• Assist with painting and sealing work across the hotel.
• Work closely with Hotel Manager and Maintenance Manager to align on tasks.
