Job summary

AniCura is seeking a Senior Health & Safety, Risk & Security Manager in the Netherlands to lead H&S, fire, risk and security strategies across MVH Europe. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid working, you will shape our compliance framework and partner with senior leaders to raise safety standards across a multi-site veterinary network.

You will drive ISO 45001 aligned programs, travel ~20% across NW Europe, and hold NEBOSH National Diploma and Tech IOSH, coaching leaders to embed a proactive safety

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-site health and safety experience.
• Native-level Dutch (written and spoken) and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel ~20% across NW Europe with regular Amsterdam presence.
• NEBOSH National Diploma and Tech IOSH membership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
• Nice to have: NEBOSH Fire, CDM or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of health, safety, fire, risk and security strategies across MVH Europe.
• Shape compliance framework and HSRS strategy into practical improvement programs.
• Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to drive safety culture.
• Deliver projects including ISO 45001 aligned systems.
• Collaborate across business functions to influence strategy and initiatives.
