Job summary

Nebius Group in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager (Hardware Automation) to drive automation programs across the full hardware lifecycle—from provisioning and firmware orchestration to self-healing remediation and fleet-scale tooling. You will coordinate engineers, operations teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to reduce toil and improve reliability.

You will align cross-team priorities, establish repeatable processes, and translate complex technical goals into actionable

Qualifications

• Engineering Manager with a track record of moving from team to org-level impact.
• Technical Project/Program Manager with Engineering Management background.
• Strong operational risk awareness and staged rollout experience.
• Experience coordinating across engineering and operations stakeholders with different risk tolerances.

• Initiating and driving cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines
