Job summary

TBAuctions is seeking an experienced Group Information Security Officer to design and implement security standards across brands and regions. You will lead the Information Security Office and coordinate with Group Risk & Compliance to ensure secure operations.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident response, and driving security awareness across the organization. Excellent English communication and a hands-on leadership style are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing information security standards across multiple brands and regions.
• Ability to lead an Information Security Office and collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams.
• Expert knowledge of information security best practices and threat management.
• Strong communication skills to train teams and educate stakeholders on security topics.
• Proven track record in risk assessments, incident response, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop information security strategy, policies, and standards for all regions and brands.
• Act as the single accountability point for information security across cloud, app, infra, and data security.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management; maintain security risk register.
• Oversee security incident response, including detection, escalation, and post-incident reviews.
• Support future compliance projects (ISO 27001/2, GDPR, NIS2) and vendor security reviews.
