Dyflexis is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual side of our marketing and lead generation. You will create assets across social, ebooks, banners, and trade show materials, collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design studies or related fields.
• 5+ years as a graphic designer, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or scale-up settings.
• Visually creative, able to turn marketing briefs into strong assets.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
• Video shoot production and editing experience.
• Collaborative, can-do team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design a high volume of marketing assets across the funnel: paid and organic social, display and paid search ads, email templates, landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement collateral.
• Design long-form content: e-books, white papers, reports, and webinar/event assets.
• Design and illustrate cohesive campaign assets across every touchpoint, so a single creative concept carries through consistently from ad to landing page to email.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team on marketing-driven web needs: campaign landing page visuals and promotional assets for marketing-owned pages.
• Maintain and evolve the design system: reusable components, templates, and icon libraries so other teams can self-serve on-brand assets.
• Support event and trade show materials: booth graphics, signage, printed collateral.
• Support light motion graphics or video editing for social and ads.
