Job summary

DLL is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead corporate governance and company law initiatives. You will advise on governance frameworks, support strategic governance initiatives and guide regional teams to ensure compliant, consistent practices across entities.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with the Legal network and driving continuous improvement in governance processes and reporting. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a hybrid work arrangement in Eindhoven and

Qualifications

Master's degree in Dutch Law and 10+ years advising on corporate governance.
Strong governance principles knowledge, legal entity management and regulatory awareness.
Proven ability to design and enhance governance frameworks, policies and controls.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on governance, company law and related matters.
Enhance governance frameworks, policies and controls across regions.
Advise on complex governance and corporate structuring matters across jurisdictions.
Coordinate stakeholders to align governance standards and practices.
Support governance reporting, entity management and governance oversight.
