Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an (Senior) Corporate Counsel near Venlo to lead governance, compliance, and regulatory reporting for a listed international business. You will counsel on Dutch and German corporate law, oversee housekeeping, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance and integrity.

Ideal candidate has a law degree with 4+ years in corporate law, cross-border experience, and fluent English, with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Law and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Dutch corporate law and corporate governance.
• Experience working in a cross-border or international environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate law and housekeeping and governance to ensure compliance with applicable Dutch and German regulatory requirements.
• Support corporate housekeeping, entity management, and group structuring activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and advise on policies and procedures related to corporate governance themes, as well as other legal templates and documentation.
• Support the preparation of annual reporting materials, shareholder communications, and documentation related to annual general meetings.
• Support the preparation of managing board and supervisory board meeting materials, the corporate calendar and meetings including follow-up actions.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate changes into practical recommendations and business-focused guidance.
• Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes, legal policies, and compliance frameworks to enhance efficiency and transparency.
