Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to strengthen our governance framework for a listed international business in the Netherlands. You will provide strategic advice on corporate law, governance, and regulatory reporting under Dutch and German requirements.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will drive governance initiatives, support corporate housekeeping and group structuring, and develop policies and templates.

Qualifications

• Academic law degree and 4+ years experience in Dutch corporate law and governance.
• Experience in cross-border or international environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic and business-oriented legal advisor.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Dutch and German regulatory requirements and governance.
• Support corporate housekeeping, entity management, and group structuring with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and advise on policies and templates related to governance.
• Prepare annual reporting materials, shareholder communications, and AGM documentation.
• Support managing board and supervisory board meeting materials and corporate calendar.
• Monitor legal developments and translate changes into practical guidance.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigations.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes and compliance frameworks.
