Job summary

ennovationHUB is seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to own Google Ads for a portfolio brand across international markets. You will drive growth, efficiency and profitability with substantial budgets, collaborating with the Head of Performance Marketing, creative teams and data specialists.

The role emphasises hands-on management, data-driven decisions, and ongoing optimisation within an in-house e-commerce context, with travel to team locations approximately every 4–8 weeks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience managing Google Ads in an e-commerce business with direct responsibility for performance and profitability
• Strong practical experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
• Experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify insights
• Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and Merchant Center

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads performance for an e-commerce brand across multiple international markets
• Develop, manage, and optimise Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other campaigns
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue and profitability
• Identify opportunities across products, categories, markets and audiences
• Turn data into insights and actionable recommendations
• Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation
• Collaborate with developers and analytics to ensure accurate tracking
• Work with creative/content teams to improve ads and landing pages
• Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting
• Stay updated on platform changes and AI-driven advertising features
• Shape testing strategies and experimentation frameworks to improve long-term performance
