Job summary

Creative Fabrica's Studio AI team seeks a Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to architect multimodal generation pipelines and build high-concurrency Go services that orchestrate AI workloads across media domains.

You will optimize asynchronous pipelines (Kafka, SQS) and RPC frameworks, partner with AI researchers, and work with AWS to scale storage and compute. This role is based in Amsterdam and focuses on delivering a fast, reliable backend for a global creator audience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling Go services in high-traffic SaaS.
• Design microservices with asynchronous processing (Kafka & SQS) and low-latency RPC.
• Deep AWS knowledge (EKS, S3, Lambda) and compute environments.
• Background in professional-grade creative tools or media-heavy apps.
• Strong code reviews, tests, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale Go-based microservices for AI generation lifecycles.
• Optimize ConnectRPC services and Kafka/SQS pipelines for long-running tasks.
• Develop backend logic for multimodal orchestration features.
• Work with AWS for data throughput and high-performance storage/compute.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to deliver polished user experience.
