Creative Fabrica - Operations in Amsterdam, Netherlands seeks aSenior Backend Engineer (Go) to architect multimodal generation pipelines and scale high-concurrency systems for AI workloads. You will design backend services that orchestrate heavy AI tasks, delivering fast, reliable results to creators worldwide.

You will optimize distributed workflows, partner with AI researchers, and implement robust cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kafka, and GraphQL.

Qualifications

• > Advanced Go engineering with experience in high-traffic SaaS environments.
• > Design of microservices using asynchronous processing (Kafka & SQS) and low-latency interfaces.
• > Deep AWS knowledge and managing complex compute environments.
• > Background in professional-grade creative tools or media-heavy apps.
• > Strong focus on code quality, testing, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multimodal workflows by designing and scaling Go-based microservices.
• Enhance performance of ConnectRPC and async pipelines to support long-running AI inferences.
• Build backend logic for multimodal orchestration features.
