Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Consultant to advise corporate HR, Tax and Global Mobility on wage tax, personal income tax and social security in international employment contexts. You will engage with clients, handle day-to-day advisory and compliance, and translate complex tax matters into practical solutions.

You will work with international teams, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, and mentor junior colleagues while developing niche expertise in global mobility tax across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fiscal economics or Fiscal law.
• 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (speaking and writing).
• Accurate, proactive, and able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate HR, Tax and Global Mobility on wage tax, personal income tax and social security in international contexts.
• Manage day-to-day advisory and compliance matters with direct client interaction.
