vidaXL is seeking a Senior Tax Specialist / Tax Assistant Manager to strengthen its International Tax department. You will oversee robust VAT compliance and support corporate income tax and transfer pricing matters as needed.

The role requires monitoring cross-border VAT treatment, identifying risks, and coordinating audits with SSCs, auditors, and tax teams. A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-entity, multi-country environments.
• Strong focus on VAT/indirect tax with solid understanding of cross-border flows.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and timely VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions, working with SSCs and local advisors.
• Monitor VAT treatment for cross-border transactions (B2C, B2B, OSS, IOSS) and review returns and data.
• Identify VAT risks in daily operations and improve processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support corporate tax compliance (CIT, WHT, TP, Pillar II) and intercompany agreements as required.
• Act as main contact for tax audits (VAT audits) and coordinate responses with external advisers.
• Keep all tax positions clear and well documented for audits and reviews.
