Job summary

Netflix International B.V. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Accounts Payable team. You will contribute to the strategic vision of AP by driving innovation, analyzing complex data, and leading initiatives to simplify and strengthen controls across a global context.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement new systems, optimize processes, and establish KPIs and dashboards that capture key trends and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant accounts payable, risk management, and P2P experience.
• Advanced operational knowledge of accounts payable processes and workflows in a global context.
• Ability to analyse complex data to identify trends and discrepancies and develop solutions to improve processes.
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools and techniques to present findings clearly and accessibly.
• Experience contributing to multiple projects in a dynamic, global environment with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Global AP systems and processes to support scalable, compliant operations.
• Analyse AP data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Assess and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with AP, BP, FinTech, and other teams to co-create long-term solutions.
• Lead or participate in global AP projects and ensure timely progress towards goals.
• Provide backup support and training on system functionalities and best practices.
