Job summary

Netflix International B.V. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Amsterdam to partner with product, finance, and content teams. You will scale and innovate content production workflows using causal inference and advanced analytics to influence decisions across global content creation.

You will own research end-to-end, from design to dissemination, and communicate insights to leaders. Strong SQL, Python, Tableau skills and experience with data products and A/B tests are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field with strong statistical background.
• 5+ years of experience with causal inference methods and observational analysis.
• Proven ability to wrangle data, build metrics, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests) and data products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and cross-functional teams to scale content production analytics.
• Identify metric research opportunities and apply causal inference to improve decision-making.
• Deliver end-to-end research from design to dissemination of results.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global data science teams to share insights.
