  • Strong 3D generalist skills, with experience taking assets from concept through modelling, UVs, texturing, rigging and animation to final implementation.

  • Strong understanding of composition, colour, shape language, readability and visual hierarchy. Candidate should be able to establish a visual direction and communicate it clearly through concepts, references and mockups.

  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or similar for rapid art exploration, ideation and visual development during the pre-production phase.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced prototyping environment where priorities and visual directions can change quickly. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple prototypes at the same time.

  • Able to balance visual quality with production time, plan tasks and manage a small group of artists, with effective time management skills.

  • A clear communicator who can pitch an idea, take feedback, give constructive art direction and work closely with developers and producers.
