Xcelirate is seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full-Stack Developer to own and optimize scalable platforms. You’ll work across backend PHP and modern frontend stacks, shaping features with a bias for performance and maintainability.

The role emphasizes hands-on work across the stack, strong testing practices, and active involvement in deployment and infrastructure discussions. Remote-friendly with flexible hours and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PHP development with at least one framework (Symfony or Zend).
• 12+ years building web applications with modern web tech.
• 6+ years using frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Nuxt or Next.js.
• Deep understanding of scalable web architectures (monolith, microservices, hybrid).
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Passion for automated testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infra automation.
