Job summary

Jahnel Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain, extend, and build applications across PHP/Laravel, Vue, Python, and FastAPI. You will design APIs, enhance existing platforms, and create reusable satellite services for clients worldwide.

Open to 100% remote work with a focus on delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes collaboration, code reviews, and continuous improvement across frontend and backend systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.
• Professional experience with Python.
• Experience building APIs and integrations.
• Experience with FastAPI or a similar Python web framework.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and extend the existing PHP/Laravel platform.
• Develop and improve frontend functionality using Vue.
• Design, build, and integrate APIs across internal and external systems.
• Improve the structure, documentation, reliability, and usability of existing APIs.
• Build Python-based applications and services using FastAPI.
• Develop standardized and reusable satellite applications for customers.
• Troubleshoot existing applications and implement performance and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
