Job summary

Climax is building the financial grade infrastructure for carbon accounting. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll influence the product and how it's built, owning features end to end—from shaping the data model to building the API and polishing the UI, working in our Django and NextJS stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience with Django and TypeScript (NextJS).
• A track record of owning complex product areas end to end.
• Experience building software where numbers get signed off: accounting, audit, fintech or ERP.
• Interest in climate tech and sustainability.
• Comfortable working from Rotterdam in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from shaping the problem and designing the underlying data model to building the API and polishing the final interface.
• Work across the Django and NextJS stack on problems involving complex calculations, large datasets, integrations and workflows where accuracy and traceability matter.
• Turn customer problems into simple, reliable product experiences and challenge requirements to improve architecture when needed.
• Operate with minimal boundaries, fixing slow or fragile parts of the system and delivering practical solutions in a small team.
