Job summary

Carbon Equity in Amsterdam is seeking a Creative Lead to join the marketing team as a Content Manager/Creative. You will craft authentic stories that explain fund investing and climate tech, coordinating projects to expand our reach.

You’ll produce video and audio content, manage stakeholders from idea to delivery, and help shape the brand. The role offers hybrid work, stock options, and a learning budget.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a creative or content role.
• Bonus: Dutch language skills and/or experience at a fast-moving scale-up.
• Bonus: Demonstrated passion for climate or climate tech.
• Curious about investing, finance, and new technology.
• Able to translate insights into compelling stories and produce content.
• Comfortable with ownership, iteration, and working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated andproactive content creator who can bring people along on our mission to power thousands of climate tech solutions. As a Content Manager / Creative, you will join our marketing team to create content that resonates with our audience, inspires action, and ultimately helps grow our community. Running various projects to expand our reach. If you're a self-starter with a passion for creating impactful content, this is a position for you! The Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can make fund investing feel accessible, exciting, and trustworthy. Your content will inspire people to take the next step in their climate investing journey. While content creation is the core of this role, the scope is broad and cross-functional.
