Job summary

Deepdesk, part of AnywhereNow, is seeking an experienced backend-focused developer to join a small engineering team in the Netherlands.

You will work on Python and Go services, databases, and Google Cloud infrastructure, with some frontend work in TypeScript/React. We value autonomy, end-to-end ownership, and production-scale code.

This role blends startup culture with enterprise demands and offers the chance to shape real-time AI experiences in enterprise contact centres.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services in Python or Go.
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, IaC and CI/CD.
• Nice to have TypeScript/React frontend basics.
• Interest in voice and real-time systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python and Go.
• Manage fast, reliable databases.
• Develop cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud with Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.
• Implement real-time voice agent services.
• Collaborate on front-end features in TypeScript and React when needed.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
