Job summary

Deepdesk, part of AnywhereNow, is building real-time AI assistants for enterprise contact centres. We are hiring an experienced backend developer to join a small engineering team focusing on Python or Go services, cloud infrastructure, and some frontend work.

You will work on real-time voice agents, data stores, and Google Cloud deployments while maintaining high reliability and performance. The role offers autonomy in a fast-moving startup culture within a growing enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building backend services in Python or Go; Django or FastAPI is a plus.
• Relational DBs knowledge, especially PostgreSQL.
• Containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code and CI/CD; Google Cloud a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python and Go, with background processing.
• Keep databases fast and reliable.
• Run and improve infrastructure on Google Cloud: Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD.
• Build and run real-time voice agent services: speech-to-text, language models, text-to-speech.
• Design end-to-end metrics and write well-tested code.
