Job summary
Rentman, Utrecht-based SaaS scale-up, seeks a Senior Frontend Developer for the Customer Lifecycle Team to accelerate new customers from signup to daily reliance. You’ll focus on onboarding, fast implementation, and an effortless setup within a modern Angular SPA, backed by AG-Grid and a bespoke design system.
You’ll help keep the codebase modern, migrate to latest Angular versions quickly, and ensure fast, intuitive experiences while collaborating with sales, support, and customer success to
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a senior in a product-led SaaS team
- Proven experience delivering user-friendly solutions
- Proven ability to handle complex business rules and data models
- Proven accountability for feature development and success
- Open to leveraging AI in the development toolchain
Responsibilities
- Design and build onboarding flows and guided implementation experiences for new customers
- Develop data migration tooling with validation and clear error feedback
- Make core interactions intuitive by redesigning flows and adding contextual help
- Remove obstacles between new customers and first successful project
- Roll out changes safely and validate impact before making them default
- Collaborate with sales, support, and customer success to reduce friction points
