Job summary

HireWorklin is seeking a senior frontend engineer to lead the architecture of our core marketplace frontend built with React and TypeScript. You will own performance, accessibility, and the premium feel of every interaction across marketplace, dashboards, and public pages.

Responsibilities include designing reusable components, implementing a scalable design system, and collaborating with Product Design to convert Figma mocks into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional React/TypeScript experience.
• Strong CSS (Grid, Flexbox, container queries) and responsive design.
• Experience with state management libraries and data-fetching patterns.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the React/TypeScript frontend powering the HireWorklin marketplace, dashboards, and public pages.
• Design and implement reusable component libraries and a scalable design system with tokens, spacing, and typography.
• Collaborate with Product Design to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Optimise Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and bundle sizes for sub-second loads.
• Write integration and unit tests, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
