Job summary

Nutreco, a global leader in nutrition and sustainable farming, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the Netherlands. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with OpCo Controllers and the broader finance team to drive performance.

You will build financial models, perform variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and contribute to CAPEX assessments and strategic plans, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely management information for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CA/CIMA qualification is advantageous.
• 6+ years of working experience in a manufacturing or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and submissions.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring and KPIs.
• Prepares monthly financial reports for management.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses and supports CAPEX evaluations.
• Collaborates with OpCo Controllers and senior finance teams.
