Job summary
SNV is seeking a seasoned Business Control Advisor in The Hague to lead enterprise FP&A, planning and reporting, and to drive automation across SNV’s finance analytics. You will partner with senior leaders, translate complex data into decisive recommendations, and guide cross‑functional teams in a project-based international setting.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of FP&A, business control, finance business partnering, planning/reporting, or analytics in international environments.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
- Experience with BI tools, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A processes: planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and scenario analysis.
- Translate data into concise executive narratives and recommended actions for senior leaders.
- Drive automation and scalable analytics with Power BI, workflows, and AI-enabled analysis.
- Strengthen integrated performance insight across corporate, country, global teams, portfolio and projects.
- Support project financial analysis, cost recovery and donor compliance impact.
- Develop tools and standards for reliable financial insights.
