Job summary

PVcase is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for operating expenses across the organization. You will own cost center analysis, drive forecast consolidation, manage TM1 to NetSuite data integrity, and partner with department leaders as a strategic finance advisor.

You will translate complex numbers into actionable insights, challenge budget assumptions constructively, and drive automation and dashboards to streamline close and planning

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in finance with 2–3+ years in FP&A.
• Experience owning end-to-end close/budget cycles and partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with TM1 and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and corporate planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A OpEx close, analyze variances, and prepare monthly management reporting packs (P&L, dashboards, board inputs).
• Lead planning, trend analysis, and variance commentary for non-people OpEx (software, marketing, T&E, professional services).
• Build driver-based forecasting models and support Long-Range Planning (LRP) scenario modeling.
• Consolidate OpEx, workforce, and revenue forecasts into a single group view in TM1 and support executive presentations.
