Qualifications

• 10+ years of embedded firmware or software experience in complex industrial products.
• Proven track record of delivering production-quality firmware and leading technical teams.
• Experience with software architecture and debugging in resource-constrained or real-time systems.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the local firmware engineering team in the Netherlands, setting a high bar for technical quality and delivery.
• Own firmware execution end-to-end from requirements and architecture through implementation, verification, release, and field support.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership by reviewing designs and proposing smarter architectural solutions.
• Drive timely decisions when teams are blocked or requirements are unclear, resolving trade-offs.
