Job summary

Organon Northwest Europe in Oss, Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Specialist Financial Reporting & Controlling to join the Netherlands Finance team. You will lead the monthly close, ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP and Dutch GAAP, and partner with Tax, Supply Chain and Enterprise Services to drive compliance and process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/financial reporting, CPA, Dutch GAAP expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
CPA license and strong Dutch GAAP knowledge.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience.
Advanced Excel and experience with financial reporting tools (SAP S/4HANA, Workiva).
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly close for the Netherlands Sales Hub with US GAAP, Dutch GAAP and management reporting.
Prepare key financial reports, disclosures, and statutory statements using Workiva.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SOX controls, and internal controls.
Partner with Tax on corporate income tax reporting and transfer pricing.
Drive process improvements and collaborate with global finance teams and auditors.
