Job summary

Organon in Oss, The Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Specialist Financial Reporting & Controlling to strengthen the Netherlands finance team. You will lead monthly close, ensure US GAAP and Dutch GAAP compliance, and deliver statutory financial statements using Workiva.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Tax, Supply Chain, and Global Finance, strong controls, and process improvements; requires 5+ years in accounting/financial reporting, Dutch GAAP expertise, and CPA status; remote 2–3 days

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
CPA license.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and reporting requirements.
Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly close process for the Sales Hub in The Netherlands.
Ensure accurate US GAAP, Dutch GAAP and management reporting within SAP S/4Hana.
Prepare key financial reports, disclosures, and annual statutory financial statements using Workiva.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and SOX controls.
Partner with Tax on corporate income tax reporting, filings, transfer pricing and profitability analyses.
Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and resolution of audit findings.
