Job summary

Organon LLC in Oss, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Specialist Financial Reporting & Controlling to lead monthly close, ensure US GAAP and Dutch GAAP reporting, and drive improvements across tax, controls, and compliance. You will partner with Tax, Supply Chain and Enterprise Services to deliver accurate financial disclosures and strategic insight.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/financial reporting, a CPA, and strong Dutch GAAP knowledge, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA and Workiva experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• CPA (Registered Accountant) license.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, controlling or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process for the Sales Hub in The Netherlands.
• Ensure accurate and timely US GAAP, Dutch GAAP and management reporting within SAP S/4Hana.
• Prepare key financial reports, disclosures, and annual statutory financial statements using Workiva.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and SOX controls.
• Support and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Partner with Tax on corporate income tax reporting, filings, transfer pricing and profitability analyses.
• Collaborate with ESS in Lisbon, Global Finance teams and internal and external auditors.
• Drive process improvements, standardization initiatives, and resolution of audit findings.
• Assess the financial impact of strategic projects, business deals and legal entity changes.
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, Tax, Supply Chain and Business Operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
