WINK is seeking a Senior Experiential Project Manager to transform bold ideas into flawless experiences for world-renowned brands. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams from briefing to delivery, owning timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple complex projects.

Ideal candidates have 6–7 years of experience in experiential productions, agency experience with global brands, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience delivering large-scale experiential, live, sponsorship or integrated marketing productions.
• Agency experience with international brands and global accounts.
• Strong understanding of experiential production and live event execution.
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Able to lead large multidisciplinary teams across markets and time zones.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to create clarity in complex situations.
• Combines project management with creative instinct and production expertise.
• Flexible, ownership and global mindset to deliver international work from Amsterdam HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary creative, production and account teams from briefing to live delivery.
• Own planning, timelines, scope, budgets and resource allocation across projects.
• Create high-level budget estimates and manage project finances, forecasts and profitability.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic partner throughout the lifecycle.
• Anticipate operational challenges and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high creative standards.
