Job summary

Lucid Europe is seeking a Staff GL Accountant to join the Accounting team across multiple European entities. You will handle month-end close, intercompany eliminations, and statutory filings with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting, fluency in English, and strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of accounting experience in public company or automotive sectors.
• Bachelor/Academic degree in accounting; professional certification preferred (CPA/ACCA).
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and European GAAP across entities.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare intercompany eliminations and reconciliations across European entities.
• Support statutory filings and audits in multiple European countries.
• Collaborate with Tax on VAT and CIT filings and SOX compliance efforts.
• Review processes and strengthen internal controls; support ad hoc projects.
