Job summary
Shuter Smith International is seeking a Senior Estimator with a strong FEED/EPC background to drive cost estimation for major Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical projects in Europe. You will lead estimating activities, coordinate inputs from engineering, review ITB/tender documentation and benchmark costs against historical data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 12+ years engineering experience with FEED/EPC estimating.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical sectors.
- Strong understanding of specs and drawings and estimating methodologies.
- Experience evaluating vendor quotations and cost models.
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cost estimating activities for FEED and EPC proposals.
- Review ITB/tender docs and identify risks.
- Prepare engineering, procurement, PM and construction cost estimates.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines for inputs and bid deadlines.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost estimates.
- Produce feasibility studies incl. NPV, IRR and payback.
- Estimate project man-hours and contingencies.
- Benchmark costs using historical data and maintain cost database.
- Participate in proposal reviews and improve estimating processes.
