Job summary

Bennet & Boss in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Cost Engineer to manage, validate and control project costs across complex engineering projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, monitoring variances and risks, maintaining cost reports and applying earned value management, while collaborating with stakeholders to align cost, schedule and execution strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost engineering and project controls, with specific experience in project estimating.
• Proven experience in offshore, EPC, construction or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, forecasting and project cost control methodologies.
