A global consulting firm in Utrecht seeks (Senior) Business Designers / Enterprise (IT) Architects to lead digital transformations. Responsibilities include guiding clients through business, IT, and cultural changes, as well as contributing to sales and driving innovation. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant consulting experience, strong skills in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and will excel in stakeholder management. They offer a hybrid working model with significant client interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 7 years of consulting experience in Financial or Professional Services.
• Experience in designing and defining IT strategy and business architecture.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise, Domain and/or Solution Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage organizational change within client projects.
• Create integrated business, IT, and cultural change processes.
• Contribute to sales initiatives and Thought Leadership.
